Ranking of bids

Comments:
1) I ask you to send the extended commercial proposal for the provision of services for the daily cleaning of the warehouse of NMGK JSC in accordance with the approved TOR.

2) Mandatory familiarization with the procurement documentation:
- regulations for holding a competitive event
- technical task,
- Appendix No. 1 to the TK
- approved list of documents
- Appendix No. 2 to the TK for filling

3) It is obligatory to provide:
- an official certified commercial proposal indicating the monthly cost of providing services, confirmation of the period for providing services, and the procedure for payment.
- completed Appendix No. 2 to the approved TK
- a full package of accounting and registration documents according to the approved list (presented in the attachment)
- documentary evidence that the organization has technical means and personnel to provide services in accordance with the TOR.

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
