Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Оплата по настоящему Договору производится Заказчиком в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней со дня подписания Сторонами акта оказанных Услуг и предъявления Исполнителем соответствующего счета-фактуры (счета).
Период отсрочки оплаты работ не является коммерческим кредитом и в данный период не применяются законные проценты согласно ст. 317.1 ГК РФ.
Оплата производится путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Исполнителя.
Расчеты по договору производятся денежными средствами, а также могут иметь иную форму расчетов, не противоречащую законодательству РФ, в том числе путем передачи векселей и прочее.
