В процессе рассмотрения предложений, приняли
решение изменить ТЗ и запустить новую процедуру с
новым ТЗ. Поэтому текущую процедуру завершаем без
выбора победителя и запускаем новую процедуру за
номером 2696560. Участникам, подавшим заявки в
текущей процедуре, дополнительно направим
приглашение.
