Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Comments:
1) The Participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and having the rights of a System Participant.
2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments.
3) This request for proposals (prices) is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a procurement at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the deadline for accepting applications.
4) If the contractor takes part in the auction, then he agrees, if declared the winner, to conclude an agreement according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to provide services on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5) The list of tender documentation is indicated in the Application (attached)
6) If the winner for any reason refuses to supply, the customer has the right to conclude an agreement with the second participant in price level.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Утвердить в качестве подрядчика на оказание услуги по уборке внутренних служебных помещений в административных, производственных, служебных, складских помещениях АО «Омскшина» и АО «Кордиант-Восток» компанию ООО "ПЕРВАЯ КЛИНИНГОВАЯ КОМПАНИЯ", г. Омск на условиях:
1.1. Срок действия договора 01.05.2021-30.04.2023 (вкл.).
1.2. Стоимость оказания услуги 01.05.2021-30.04.2022 составит не более 23 785 676,70 руб./год без НДС. Стоимость оказания услуги 01.05.2022-30.04.2023 составит не более 24 801 589,92 руб./год без НДС.
1.3. Стоимость договора включает трудоустройство в штат подрядчика 5 (пяти) сотрудников в СОЛ «Буревестник».
1.4. Условия оплаты: 100% постоплата в течение 30 к.дн после подписания актов выполненных работ.
