Comments:
The landfill is intended for practicing:
1) practical skills of staff to work at height; 2) the use of personal protective equipment for work at height; 3) carrying out rescue measures at height; 4) safe transportation of victims.

For an objective assessment of technical and commercial proposals, you must provide the following information:
- information on the availability of certificates of conformity for personal protective equipment against falls from a height and their components, rescue and evacuation systems;
- inclusion in the TCH of graphic sketches of the proposed variants of training grounds for practicing skills of work at height (in 3D).
- confirmation of the provision of a complete set of documentation for the landfill: certificate, passport, operating instructions
- confirmation of the presence of a notification NOPRIZ or NOSTROY about the inclusion of information and the assignment of an identification number in the National Register of specialists in the field of architectural and construction design, construction with the assignment of an identification number of a specialist with a level of responsibility of an SRO member, confirming the presence in the staff of at least two managers who are specialists in the field design, construction (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 559 of 05/11/2017);
- confirmation of the presence of personnel certified by the NAKS level 1 and 2 (SK) welding production, a specialist who has a valid certificate of the right to conduct visual and measuring control of welding.
