Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Product payment is performed in the following order:
- 48% of the total contract price paid by the buyer, based on a vendor invoice, within 10 (ten) working days counting from the date of conclusion of this agreement by the parties;
- 52% of the total contract price paid by the buyer, based on a vendor invoice, within 10 (ten) working days of the date signed by the parties call tag (Torg-12).
Date of payment is determined by the date of debiting of settlement account of the buyer.
Payments for the delivered goods shall be made by transfer of payment orders by the buyer of cashless funds to the bank account of the provider.
Cost includes:
- the value of the delivered goods;
- the cost of transporting the goods at the delivery point;
- the cost of packaging of goods;
- the cost of technical and operational documentation for the goods;
- the cost of commissioning of delivered goods;
- the cost of developing primary (periodic) certification of goods;
- the cost of developing the methodology for primary (periodic) certification of goods;
- the cost of expert opinion on the results of metrological examination of goods;
- the cost of primary goods with the issuance of certification certificate primary certification in GOST 8.568-97 and GOST RV 0008-002-2013;
- the cost of coaching staff of the buyer;
- payment of customs fees, duties and other compulsory payments.
Delivery terms:goods delivery, specified in the specifications (annex No. 1 of the draft Treaty), is carried out within 140 (one hundred and forty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of this agreement.
Delivery of goods is carried out at the location of the Buyer at the address: 390013, Ryazan, UL. High-voltage, d. 6.
Commissioning of the goods delivered shall be carried out within 10 (ten) working days counting from the date of receipt of notification from the Supplier the buyer about readiness of the premises and engineering communications to the conduct of commissioning.
Within 10 (ten) working days counting from the date of commissioning of the goods delivered, the supplier carries out the following activities in relation to the goods:
- Development of primary (periodic) certification and methods of primary (periodic) certification of goods, followed by metrological examination and issuance of its opinion on the results of metrological examination of primary (periodic) certification.
- Initial certification of goods, organization in positive expert opinion issued by RAMS GNMC MO RF, the methodology developed in accordance with the requirements of the testing equipment used for defence and Security: GOST 8.568-97 and GOST RV 0008-002-2013, as well as the issuance of the certificate of primary appraisal of the goods delivered.
Transfer of goods from the supplier to the buyer is carried out on the fact of implementation of commissioning Provider delivered goods, as well as the implementation of the Initial certification of the goods specified in clause 2.5 of the draft Treaty, based on Call tag (Torg-12).
The obligation of the provider for the transfer of Goods is considered to be executed since the actual handing over of the goods to the buyer.
For each batch of goods the supplier provides the buyer with the following set of documents:
- technical and operational documentation and form on the delivered goods in Russian-1 compl.
- certificate of conformity of the goods 4277-001-16953475-2011 TU-1 copies;
- primary program (periodic) certification of the goods delivered-1 copies;
- the primary methodology (periodic) certification of the goods delivered-1 copies;
- expert opinion on the results of metrological examination-1 copies;
- primary certificate attestation delivered goods according to GOST r 8.568-97 and GOST RV 0008-002-2013-1 copy;
- packing slip in form Torg-12-2 copies. (one for each of the parties);
- invoice-1 copies.
