3) this procedure is a public competition and regulates articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE, CIVIL CODE of RF P1/447-449. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
4) in KP ask specify separately the cost of delivery is included in the price of COMMODITIES and MATERIALS.
