Payment terms:
100% postpayment with a deferred payment of 45 calendar days from the date of delivery.
By agreement of the Parties, it is possible to reduce the stipulated payment term at the initiative of the Supplier. In case of acceleration of the payment term, the Supplier is obliged to pay the Buyer an amount for the acceleration, based on the number of days for which the payment is expedited, at the rate of 12% per annum of the payment amount (or 0.0328% per day),
Delivery terms:
Railway transport.
Delivery period March - June 2020. Schedule and volume of delivery can be adjusted based on the fact of consumption in the processing season.
Comments: 1. This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which (like the ongoing procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 parts 1 and 1057-1061 parts 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without explanation, without bearing any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, sharing the supply of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explanation of reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
3. The quality of the goods and the accompanying documentation must comply with the requirements set forth in specification No.SK-90-03 of 04/01/19. Bidders confirm the bids with a signed specification ("Familiar" mark, stamp, signature, transcript, date)
4. The organizer of the tender procedure reserves the right to adjust the final quantity of goods and delivery time at the stage of signing the contract.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
