Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows: 100% of the cost of goods delivered within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods from the carrier in a warehouse of the buyer
Delivery terms:Delivery time: with 01.09.2017 30.09.2017, g. Supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and on its own to the warehouse of the buyer on the basis of monthly applications provider. Having a passport quality or other document certifying the quality of the goods (loading when submitting proposals required!). The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured.
