Comments:
1. More detailed information about the request is provided in the cover letter.

2. Applications will not be accepted without loaded documentation: Quotation, completed calculation of the contract price, work schedule, offer card, requested documentation of the executor.

3. Criteria for selecting the best offer: Quality, terms of work, cost, terms of payment, work experience, availability of necessary documents for the conduct of activities:
3.1. Obligatory presence of certificates in the ITR:
- Industrial Safety (certification in RTN);
- Labour protection;
- Fire-Technical minimum;
- Work at height;
- Work with the GPM and others.
3.2 Obligatory presence of certificates from workers by profession (slings, electricians, welder naks, etc.);
3.3 Presence of existing SRO tolerances to the performed types of works;

4. This procedure of request for quotation is not a contest and its holding is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;

5. This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer

6. The attached contract is not a public offer, but the terms of the contract will be binding on the winner of the bidding.
