The procurement organizer has the right not to consider technical and commercial proposals of participants:
- when providing an incomplete package of documents and/or filling out the TKP form by less than 50% and/or specifying false information in the procurement documentation;
- when sending a TKP after the deadline for its submission;
- having outstanding obligations under previously concluded contracts with Polymetal Holding companies.
