Comments:
1) The Bidder must be a user registered in the B2B–Cordiant Trade and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and having the rights of a Bidder of the System.

2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.

3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse to carry out the Call for Bidding at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting bids, without imposing liability.

4) If the supplier participates in the competitive bidding process, it means that if it is declared the winner, it agrees to conclude a supply contract according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreement and deliver on the terms specified in the Call for Bidding announcement.

5) Be sure to attach a commercial offer during the main stage and rebidding with an indication of delivery dates and payment terms, and a Certificate (representative, partner...)

6) Prices must correspond to the currency announced at the competitive bidding process, in other cases commercial offers are not considered.

7) Offers are accepted only from Bidders at the B2B Center site.

8) In cases when the counterparty is not a manufacturer of goods, while he is unable to provide documents (the status must be confirmed by an official letter (certificate) of the manufacturer of goods or information about the status of the supplier must be present on the Manufacturer's website), his offer for the supply of goods is considered if the counterparty agrees to include penalties in the delivery contract sanctions in the amount of 100% of the amount of the delivered lot of goods in case of delivery of goods that do not meet the conditions of the specification of goods (delivery of "non-original" goods), and the provision of 100% postponement for at least 60 days.
