To their proposals in electronic form, the Bidders of this procedure MUST, before the bids opening, attach the applicant's Application Form and the documents according to the application form simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and stamped by the Bidder organization of this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.
The validity period of the suppliers' offer is at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the Bidder provides supporting documents at the same time as the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
