All correspondence regarding this request must be prepared in strict accordance with the attached request and bid documentation:
Mandatory:
- Send a commercial offer in excel format (in the Form of Udokan Copper LLC, the format in the attachment to the competition)
- Attach your Technical and Commercial Proposal (technical and commercial proposal, technicaldocumentation must be attached) on the company's letterhead, signed by an authorized representative and stamped

- Indicate your consent (disagreement) for work with the standard (framework) contract of Udokan Copper LLC, the format is attached.

Udokan Copper LLC reserves the right not to consider proposals submitted without providing the forms specified in the bid documentation
Conditions:
1. Required payment terms - priority is given to the supplier who offered the lowest price and 100% deferred payment (approved corporate payment terms: Post-payment within 60 working days from the date of receipt of the goods at the Buyer's warehouse and signing of the Competitive Bidding Process-12/UPD;
2. Requirements for the offer currency - the price must be indicated in the offer currency without VAT;
3. Required delivery time - the minimum possible guaranteed delivery time from the date of conclusion of the specification;
4. The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal is at least 60 days.
5. Requirements for the provision of documents - mandatory availability of a dealer certificate confirming the status of the company or a manufacturer's certificate. Warranty obligations, certificates of conformity, quality certificates for products
6. Requirements for the terms of delivery - Delivery to the buyer's warehouse in (specified in the Bid Notice of the request for proposals) at the seller's expense. (DDP according to Incoterms-2010).
7. Requirements for submitting an offer - in addition to filling out a template for submitting a commercial offer to an E-Marketplace. It is necessary to: attach your detailed technical and commercial proposal.
8. The Contract is concluded in the form of a Buyer;
