Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made within 60 calendar days after the end of the month in which the delivery took place.
Delivery terms:Transportation costs included in the cost of products on the basis of DDP delivery - Kogalym, LUKOIL-AIK BPO Base 174 km of Surgut Novy Urengoy (Scheme attached) or to the TC terminal in Kogalym.
The delivery of products is carried out in separate batches, issued with relevant accounting documents.

Prices are not subject to VAT based on transportation costs.
1. Mandatory provision:
- Reference list;
- Information letter about your company's activities;
- Quality certificates for the products offered.
2. The products must be new (official confirmation must be loaded on ETP), packaged and protected from damage..
3. Participation is:
- Producers of requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (obligatory to provide supporting certificates, certificates, official letters from the manufacturer granting authority to sell the requested products);
4. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Compliance with all stated requirements
- Offer price
- Member status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Delivery time;
- Consent by the party to the drafting of the organizer's contract, signing the contract without a protocol of disagreement (official confirmation must be uploaded to ETP);
- Fixing the price for 2021 (official confirmation must be loaded on ETP).
5. Product delivery must be in accordance with the stated requirements (both regulatory requirements and additional customer requirements agreed upon by the parties).
This procedure of requesting proposals is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of part two of the Russian Civil Code. Therefore, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the customer.
This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The Promoter has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time since the date of announcement, including after the deadline for applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
