payment of the actually executed by the contractor and the works accepted by the customer shall be performed by the customer within 30 calendar days following the date of receipt of the original invoice by the customer and the invoice signed by the authorized employee/employee Contractor in 3 (three) copies, issued within 5 (five) days from the date of acceptance of executed works, in accordance with the requirements of the tax code of the Russian Federation on the basis of the Act on acceptance of performed works (Form KS-2) and certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (Form KS-3), by transferring funds to the requisites specified by the contractor.
