Comments: 1. The period of provision of services — 24 hours a day without limitation of period with the consent of the parties, except for breaks for carrying out preventive (routine) and repair works. The procedure for admission of representatives of the Contractor to the territory of the Customer is agreed with the Customer before the beginning of the provision of services.
2. Contractor's communication channels shall be protected from unauthorized access.
3. In accordance with the Federal Law of July 07, 2003 No. 126-FZ "On Communication" (hereinafter — the Law), part 2 of Article 63 "Telecommunications Operators are obliged to ensure compliance with the confidentiality of communication" the Contractor must ensure compliance with the requirements of the Communications Secrecy Act.$
4. The service shall be provided via cable owned or operated by the operator.
5. Obtaining the necessary permits and approvals for carrying out works the Contractor is obliged to carry out its own efforts.
6. The activities of the Contractor shall be licensed in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. When providing the Service, the Contractor guarantees availability of the service/channel 99.9% (8 h. 46 min. downtime per year) and the period of repair/damage of the station equipment 4 hours. If the fiber optic cable is damaged, the Contractor is obliged to offer the Customer a temporary scheme of access to the Internet for the time of cable repair.
8. The specified parameters of availability of services and the timing of elimination of faults and damages do not include the time of carrying out preventive and routine works, the schedule of which is agreed with the Customer not later, less than one month before the start of the event. The period of channel restoration does not include the time during which the Customer has not provided access of Contractor's specialists to the Customer's facilities (including access to Contractor's equipment, to appropriate boxes, wells, cable mortgages and other communications) for the implementation of rehabilitation (repair) works.
9. Within the scope of the Internet Access Service, the Contractor provides the following package of additional Services at the request of the Customer:
9.1. allocation and routing of the block of public static IP addresses (unique address of Internet space) IРv4 from the address space of the Contractor (registered for the Contractor) of the type "Ravs 187; — Provider Aggregatable) in the number of 5 addresses;
9.2. Including on the Internet attacks;
9.3. DDoS protection at speeds up to 4 Gbit/s.
10. Internet access service is provided at the speed agreed with the Customer with symmetrical data transfer (the speed of data transfer from the Customer to the Internet is equal to the speed of transmission data from the Internet in the direction of the Customer) without restriction of traffic volume, with the possibility to expand the channel to 1 Gbit/s at the request of the Customer.
11. The quality of the channel is not worse:
- delay not more than 50ms;
- jitter not more than 30ms;
12. Data transmission network of the Contractor shall, in accordance with the Provisional Order approved by the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Communications, Information Technologies and Mass Communications, provide blocking of access to information, distribution of which in the Russian Federation is prohibited both by ip addresses and by domain names.
13. The customer has the right to monitor the operation of the data transmission channel to verify the quality of the service provided.
14. Requirements for the operating and maintenance personnel of the Customer shall not be made.
15. The Contractor shall provide round-the-clock free technical support of the network, equipment and consulting services for the Customer.
16. Before the beginning of the provision of services for access to the Internet the Contractor conducts testing of the optical channel and others to the point of transfer of responsibility on compliance with the applicable standards, technical norms and regulations.$ Following the results of testing, the Contractor provides the Customer with a protocol for measuring attenuation, verifying the guaranteed access rate, and together with the representatives of the Customer signs the Certificate of Acceptance access channels.
17. Prior to the provision of Internet access services, the Contractor shall provide the Customer with a tariff grid indicating the cost of the organization of a subscriber line (connection) and data transfer services ( monthly payment) capacity of 100, 300, 500, 1000 Mbit/s.
18. Individual issues can be considered and clarified in the process of providing services.
