Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.

ATTENTION: OBLIGATORY DETAILED STUDY OF THE TEXT OF THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE BIDDING, because after your victory in the auction, the documents will be immediately sent to you for signing. In case of a long delay, the lot will be transferred to the next participant. In order to ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations, bidders are advised to preliminarily assess their rank in accordance with the qualification selection methodology:
Revenue of the company / individual entrepreneur for the last reporting year - for every 50,000,000 rubles. 1 point is awarded
The presence of a vehicle in the ownership of 10 tons not older than 15 years - 1 point is awarded for each vehicle
The presence of a vehicle in the ownership of 20 tons not older than 15 years - 2 points are awarded for each vehicle
Security payment - for every 300,000 rubles. 1 point is awarded
Carrier liability insurance policy - 1 point is awarded
Less than 8 points scored - cooperation is not possible.

16-22 points rank B
23-27 points rank A
28 or more points rank AA

Participation is free of charge.
No E-signature is required.
The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
