Payment terms:Порядок оплаты СМР: поэтапно в размере 90% от стоимости выполненных работ осуществляется не более 30 календарных дней после подписания акта о приемке по форме КС-2 и Справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат по форме КС-3, на основании выставленного Исполнителем счета. Окончательная оплата в размере 10% от стоимости договора осуществляется в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней после сдачи объекта при наличии представленной исполнительной документации и акта приема-передачи объекта под восстановление нарушенного благоустройства, на основании выставленного Исполнителем счета
