The purchase is carried out in 3 stages.

1. Stage-pre-qualification selection. Offers are accepted on ETP and by mail (E-mail-Irina.Lykova@moex.com).
2. Stage-carrying out of testing/interview (the companies which have passed the 1st stage are allowed). Forming a short list.
3. Stage-Request a short list of final commercial offers.

In case of receipt of offers after 23.10.2018 16:00, GC Moscow Exchange reserves the right not to consider such offer.

If it is necessary to extend the PKO to B2B, the participant should send a notification to the manager of the request to the ETP or to the e-mail: Irina.Lykova@moex.com, indicating the reasons for the extension of the PKO at least 60 Minutes (1 hour) before the end of the request, i.e. 23.10.2018 15:00.

In the event that the participant sends a notification of the extension of the PKO in less than 60 minutes (1 hour), the GC Moscow Exchange reserves the right not to consider this request.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
