Comments:
1. This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and unregulated art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Russian Civil Code. The buyer has the right to refuse all received offers without imposing liability.
2. All required documents in accordance with the terms of this procurement documentation and the rules of the system shall be provided by the participant in a scanned form in an accessible format (preferably the format *. pdf).
3. The cost of services rendered should be confirmed by the local estimate, compiled on the basis of the SNB-2001 Chelyabinsk region by the base-index method with the use of indices of recalculation of the estimated value in the current price level in accordance with Indices approved by the executive authorities of the Chelyabinsk region, operating for this period.
4. The remaining and more detailed terms of the request for proposals are contained in the documentation on the request for proposals, which is an integral annex to this notice.
