Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Prepayment in the amount of 30% of the Contract value based on the invoice issued no later than August 15, 2023.
Post-payment in the amount of 70% of the Contract value within 10 working days after the signing of the Act on Services rendered between the Parties, but no later than September 31, 2023.
Delivery terms:Comprehensive service for the organization and design of the Customer's exhibition at the international exhibition "TatOilExpo-2023" IEC "Kazan Expo", Kazan from August 31 to September 02, 2023
The Contractor also undertakes to provide catering services at the Customer's stand during the exhibition period.
Terms of rendering services: from the date of conclusion of this Agreement to 09/31/2023
