Basic requirements for the Buyer:
1. The buyer must have a state license for the disposal and processing of ferrous and non-ferrous metal waste.
2. The applicant confirms that the waste is taken into ownership.
2. At the conclusion of the contract, the Buyer agrees with the requirements for OT, PB and OOS. Requirements for OT, PB and OOS are attached in the section "Documentation for the trading procedure".
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Place of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the ETP of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru ). The proposals of the participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
