Basic requirements for the Buyer:
1. The buyer must have a state license for the disposal and processing of ferrous and non-ferrous metal waste.
2. The applicant confirms that the waste is taken into ownership.
2. At the conclusion of the contract, the Buyer agrees with the requirements of OT, PB and OOS. The requirements for OT, PB and OOS are attached in the section "Documentation for the Bidding procedure".
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
