Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:30% Advance 70% upon completion of work within 30 days or according to an agreed schedule.

Providing a 100% deferred payment will be
an advantage.

We are ready to consider other options for calculations.
Delivery terms:Place of work: Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Mirninsky district, 5 km from the village.Tas-Yuryakh

Start of work: 12/25/2023 (by this date the equipment should be at the facility).
The approximate completion date is 02/29/2024

The provision of equipment will be carried out upon request from the Customer.

Comments:
Prices should be provided per machine /hour of operation of each unit of equipment with the specified shift (estimated period of operation of the vehicle from 12/25/2023 to 02/29/2024)

The composition of the bid for participation:
1. A commercial offer made in a free form with an indication of the cost and conditions for the provision of equipment.
2.Scans of PTS/PSM
3. List of qualified machinists/drivers
4. Reference List

*The cost of services includes the provision of services of one piece of equipment including:
- qualified machinist/driver;
- technical inspection and technical repair for the period of rendering services;
- the minimum working shift is 10 (ten) machine/hours;
- two-shift mode of operation
- Fuel and lubricants (only for Lot No. 2)

Rebidding is planned.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
