Comments:
The technical and commercial proposal should consist of: technical (Appendix 2-5, Appendix No. 6) and Commercial (Commercial Proposal Form 2nd stage), approved by the manager and certified with a seal. The technical part does not allow information related to the commercial part (i.e. cost, payment terms, etc.). Please note that bids are accepted only from Suppliers who have passed Accreditation: 1) No. 396 - General accreditation. Suppliers who have not passed this accreditation cannot be selected as the winner of tender procedures.
