The provided technical and commercial proposal must consist of two parts - technical (Appendices 1-4) and commercial (Appendix 5), certified by the signature of the head with a seal. In the technical part, the list and scope of work must be indicated and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TCH can duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the TCH will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices.
