The Bidding procedure is one-stage, rebidding is allowed.
The commercial offer is submitted in the form of an electronic document by submitting an offer in this Bidding procedure with filling in all mandatory and additional fields of the offer. The validity period of the commercial offer is equal to the delivery time, but not less than 1 month from the date of the offer.
