Payment terms:Payment for the services rendered shall be made within 90 calendar days from the date of signing the act of performed work and providing invoices issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

Comments:
1. This procedure is not a tender or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all received offers without imposing responsibility.
2. All required documents in accordance with the terms of this procurement documentation and the system's regulations must be provided by the Participant in a scanned form in a readable format (preferably * .pdf format).
3. The cost of services should be confirmed by a local estimate calculated on the basis of the TSNB-2001 Chelyabinsk region by the base-index method, using the indexes for the conversion of the estimated cost to the current price level in accordance with the indices approved by the executive authorities of the Chelyabinsk region that are valid for this period .
4. The remaining and more detailed conditions for requesting proposals are contained in the documentation for the request for proposals, which is an integral annex to this notification.
