Lots are formed by type of air conditioners. Each lot contains: 1) a list of routine services (a mandatory set of operations for each maintenance of one piece of equipment); 2) a list of additional services (as required, carried out on the basis of a defective statement, the volume of additional services in the TK is indicated according to the statistical requirement and in fact can be changed); 3) a list of the Contractor's materials used for routine and additional. maintenance (the volumes are also indicated according to the statistical needs and can actually be changed). Services are provided on the territory of the Customer, from April to November 2021. Delivery of equipment, tools and personnel is carried out by the transport of the Contractor. The customer provides: AGP aerial platform, the Contractor provides: tools and devices, PPE, equipment and mechanisms necessary for the performance of work.

- The provided technical and commercial proposal must consist of two parts - technical and commercial, certified by the signature of the head with a stamp. In the technical part, the list and scope of work must be indicated and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TCH can duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the TCH will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly comply with the data indicated on the electronic site. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TCH and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form has priority. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TCH will be rejected.
In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be removed from participation in the Purchase, and if the inaccuracy of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Agreement, such Agreement may be terminated.
