Обоснование: 1) Признать открытый запрос котировок №31807053563, проведенный в электронной форме на Электронной торговой площадке B2B-Center https://www.b2b-center.ru (извещение №1114507), на право заключения договора на услугу предоставления сотовой связи, несостоявшимся;
2) Руководствуясь п. 13.6 и п. 30.1 Положения о закупках товаров, работ, услуг, заключить договор с единственным участником ПАО "ВымпелКом" на условиях Заявки, предложенной единственным участником. Сумма договора составит 112 800,00 (Сто двенадцать тысяч восемьсот рублей 00 копеек) рублей 00 копеек, включая НДС.
