Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

It is planned to send 25 units of 6x4 tractors in the near future, followed by 25 units of 6x6 tractors, then 7 dump trucks 6x4, 6x6 and 8x4.

Proposals should be sent on the company's letterhead indicating the cost of the stage in the delivery options:
1. crossing the border (Manchuria - Zabaikalsk with all necessary documents)
2. transportation across Russia: from Zabaikalsk to Irkutsk
3. the stage from Manchuria to Irkutsk.

The price of transportation should also include CTP and CASCO insurance, film wrapping and washing.
