Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
Supplier requirements:
1. Proven experience in commercial mobile development, including UX design and audit, at least 5 years in the market.
2. Availability of large and complex completed turnkey projects (full cycle, including UX and UI design) for fintech customers.
3. Availability of proven experience working with insurance companies. Willingness to organize reference colas and reference visits.
4. Availability of completed audit projects of large mobile applications. Willingness to provide or demonstrate materials.
5. The contractor should not be affiliated with the current developer of the solution.
6. Willingness to provide not only the planned composition of the project team, but also a summary of prospective team members.
7. The average number of employees of the company is at least 30 people.
8. "Green" segment according to counterparty verification systems.
Selection criteria:
• 50% Price
• 25% UI/UX audit experience
• 15% technical audit experience
• 10% experience in conducting functional testing as part of an audit

Availability of external electronic document management (EDI): if available, specify in the file the "Submission format" of the EDI operator and the contact details of the persons responsible for maintaining the EDI.
Other things:
1. If there is a difference of less than 2% between the price offers, the Customer reserves the right to pre-emptively conclude an agreement with the Bidder who is the buyer of the Customer's insurance products.
2. A similar advantage will be provided when signing a declaration of intent fixing a bilateral partnership.
