Планируется передать аутсорсеру в аренду имеющийся подвижной состав и оборудование по его обслуживанию, функции выполнения погрузо-разгрузочных работ в производстве, техобслуживание и ремонт погрузчиков. Предать в аренду здания, сооружения. Перевести персонал в штат аутсорсеру.
