SoftLine Trade JSC pays particular attention to the fact that this procedure is not bidding in the sense of Art. 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also cannot be considered as a public offer in the sense of paragraph 2. Article 437 The Civil Code of the Russian Federation, therefore, the conduct of this procedure does not impose on JSC SoftLine Trade the corresponding volume of obligations on the mandatory conclusion of a contract with the winner or participant.

SoftLine Trade JSC may refuse to carry out this procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders, including for reimbursement of any costs related to preparation and submission of an application for participation in the procedure.$
