Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
1) Postpay (30 calendar days from the date of signing of the Acts) Conclusion of an agreement only with an organization working with VAT.
2) Exempted team leader (gathering employees at the site, distributing and scheduling employees by zone, monitoring employees and the possibility of emergency replacement of employees at the site and constant presence on the site to be able to resolve issues in case of inspections by inspection bodies)
3) The ability to replace employees on the day of the event.
4) The ability to promptly call personnel, if the output was less than 100% of the planned - the time for providing the employee is no more than 2 hours.
5) Reimburse the Customer for the amount of losses incurred for the loss, damage to property, products attracted by employees.
6) Bear full responsibility for the actions / inaction of the involved employees
7) Submission of proposals in full in three positions.

9) In this competition, a part of the volume for July-August is drawn with a focus on long-term cooperation.
10) Request for accreditation, please submit in advance.
Before submitting an application, it is necessary to pass accreditation and attach an organization card.
This request for proposals is not regulated by Art. 447- 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and is not an offer of the Customer.
The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason and not to conclude an agreement or terminate the request for commercial proposals at any time, without incurring any responsibility to suppliers.
