Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
1) Postpay (30 calendar days from the date of signing the Acts) Conclusion of an agreement only with an organization working with VAT.
2) Released foreman (gathering of employees on the site, distribution and tabulation of employees by zones, control over employees and the possibility of emergency replacement of employees on the site and constant presence on the site for the possibility of resolving issues in the event of inspections by the inspection authorities)
3) Possibility of replacing employees on the day of the event.
4) APPLICATION FROM 20 people!
5) Reimburse the Customer for the amount of losses incurred for loss, damage to property, products by involved employees.
6) Take full responsibility for the actions / inaction of the involved employees
7) Submission of a proposal in full on three positions.

9) In this competition, a part of the volume for August-October is raffled off with a focus on long-term cooperation.
10) Please submit an accreditation request in advance.
Before submitting an application, you must pass accreditation and attach an organization card.
This request for proposals is not governed by Art. 447- 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and is not an offer of the Customer.
The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the request for commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
