Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Comments:
1) Postpay (5-10 business days from the date of signing of the Acts) Conclusion of an agreement only with an organization working with VAT.
2) An exempted team leader (gathering employees at the site, distributing and scheduling employees by zone, monitoring employees and the possibility of emergency replacement of employees at the site and constant presence on the site to be able to resolve issues in case of inspections by inspection bodies)
3) The ability to replace employees on the day of the event.
4) The ability to promptly call personnel, if the output was less than 100% of the planned - the time for providing the employee is no more than 2 hours.
5) Reimburse the Customer for the amount of losses incurred for loss, damage to property, products attracted by employees.
6) Bear full responsibility for the actions / inaction of the involved employees
Service Period: constantly, with different quantities on request, depending on seasonality.
When submitting applications, you must attach an organization card.
This request for proposals is not regulated by Art. 447- 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and is not an offer of the Customer.
The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason and not to conclude an agreement or to terminate the request for proposals at any time, without bearing any responsibility to suppliers.
