Procedure for submission:
1. Interested persons intending to familiarize themselves with the draft Agreement (offer), send to the e-mail of the Contact Person of the Organizer of the Procedure specified in paragraph 1 of the Bid Notice Information Card the following documents:
- Application (in the Form of Appendix No. 5 to the Bid Notice, including in *.docx (WORD)
format - Questionnaire in the Form of Appendix No. 2 to the Bid Notice, including in the format *.xls/ *.xlsx (EXCEL)
- The NDA form filled in by the Bidder (in the form of Appendix No. 6 to the Bid Notice) for signing by EDI
2. After signing the NDA and checking the Customer's compliance Bidder, the Bidder will receive a link to the resource with the draft Agreement. After familiarization, an online meeting with the Customer will be organized.
3. In case of intention to conclude an agreement, the Bidder submits an bid for an ETP as part of the Bid Notice in accordance with clause 15 of the Information Card...........E-Marketplace
