Delivery terms:The products are transported in batches, the volume of the batch is agreed with the Customer. The method of payment for the transportation of products is per ton /km based on the tariffs for the transportation of materials approved by the parties.
The route of transportation of products: in accordance with the requirements of Appendix No. 3 "Statement of construction needs in vehicles" of this technical specification.

2. Place, conditions and terms (periods) of delivery of goods, performance of work, provision of services:
Delivery by road.
The products are transported in batches, the volume of the batch is agreed with the Customer. The method of payment for the transportation of products is per ton /km based on the tariffs for the transportation of materials approved by the parties.
The route of transportation of products: in accordance with the requirements of Appendix No. 3 "Statement of construction needs in vehicles" of this technical specification.

MTR delivery period: from 05.12.2022 to 15.08.2024.

3. Information about the initial (maximum) contract price (lot price):
The initial (maximum) lot price is rubles, including VAT (as agreed by the parties).
- Advance payment in the amount of -% of the cost of services for the transportation of a batch of products (as agreed by the parties);
- The remaining -% within - calendar days from the date of the actual delivery of the batch of products to the place of production of the consignee after providing the originals confirming the transportation of products (Invoice, act, TTN, UPD) (as agreed by the parties).

4. The procedure for forming the contract price (lot price) (with or without taking into account the costs of transportation, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes and other mandatory payments):

The requirements established by the customer for the quality, technical characteristics of the goods, work, services, their safety, functional characteristics (consumer properties) of the goods, the size, packaging, shipment of the goods, the results of work and other requirements related to determining the conformity of the supplied goods, work performed, services provided to the needs of the customer:
The procurement participant must provide information on the number of attracted equipment, its technical, functional (consumer) properties, form of ownership (ownership, lease, leasing).

6. Requirements for procurement participants:
Absence of unscrupulous suppliers in the register. Absence of arrears in taxes and fees for the reporting period. Absence of liquidation, bankruptcy, suspension of activity.

7. List of necessary licenses, certificates, permits for the right to work:
The procurement participant must provide information about the number of attracted equipment, its technical, functional (consumer) properties.

The Supplier submits no later than the 5th day of the month following the reporting one:
- an invoice for transport services,
- invoice for services rendered,
- an act for the services rendered.

2. Schedule of work;
3. Statement of construction needs in vehicles;
4. The need for basic construction machines and mechanisms;
5. Calculation of the need for vehicles.
