Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of the service within 5 working days from the date of delivery and provision of original invoices, consignment notes, copies of consignment notes with the recipient's mark.

Comments: 1. To the proposals in electronic form to participants of this procedure IT IS NECESSARY to attach simultaneously with submission of the offer and the file in the form of the scanned copy of the commercial proposal signed by the authorized Person and certified by the Seal of the Organization party to the procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
2. The cost of production shall be unchanged for the whole period of delivery (written confirmation).
