Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of the service within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and the provision of original invoices, consignment notes, copies of invoices with the recipient's mark.
Comments: Participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form, before opening the envelopes, simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure, as well as a draft contract for the provision of transportation services ... In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Note: this request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
