Comments:
PJSC VimpelCom invites organizations to take part in the formation of the list of participants in the Competition for fast delivery of orders (2-4 hours) across the territory of the Russian Federation.

Description of services and requirements for them:
1. Delivery of a SIM card with self-registration and / or equipment. No return of documentation.
2. The order is prepaid or payment by payment card to the courier (without accepting cash).
3. Delivery within 2 and 4 hours from the moment the order is placed in the Contractor's personal account (includes searching for a courier, picking up an order at the Beeline sales office, delivering the order to the client)
4. The average mileage in cities with a population of over one million is 10 km, in regional cities - 8 km.
5. Possibility of providing the simplest electronic signature on the courier's device or confirmation of receipt via SMS.

We ask you to fill in the file Delivery geography. In the file, on the "Main geography" tab, fill in the possibility of order delivery within 2 and 4 hours, on the "Additional geography" tab, enter the cities where the delivery is possible.
