Auto-extension

3. Consent of the Contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the contract.
3. Registration of a legal entity or the presence of a branch in the region of the planned provision of services.
4. Confirmation of work at a fixed price for the period from 05/16/2024 to 05/16/2025
Other requirements and explanations:
1. Rules for filling in the cost of sanitary treatment services:
1.1 In the List of objects, select the subject of the Russian Federation in which the company provides services
1.2 Estimate the cost of 1 (one) m2 (square meter) for each item
1.3 The cost of the service should include all costs (including the cost of purchasing traps, containers)
1.4 Determine the Customer's branch, which includes the regions selected in paragraph 1.1
1.5 Fill in the price of 1 m2 of each type of processing by branch(s)
2. The list of objects, areas and processing schedule may be adjusted by the Customer during the term of the contract
3. Warranty obligations according to the Requirements Specification:
3.1 Absence of rodents and insects at the facility in the period between treatments, regardless of the schedule
3.2 In case of continued contamination - repeated treatments are carried out by and at the expense of the Contractor
4. Provision of a staff schedule with Contractual counterparty indicating the number of employees
5. The Bidder has experience in providing similar services over the past 1 year, with attached contracts indicating the costs, or a letter from the customer of the services.
6. Glue traps and control and extermination containers must be included in the calculation of the cost of the service.
7. In case of refusal to sign the contract at the provided cost, the counterparty will be entered in the register of unscrupulous suppliers.
8. Availability of a license to carry out medical disinfection activities, valid from March 2025. Or documents confirming the registration of the license.
9. Availability of certified specialists in the state (scan of documents confirming the certification of specialists.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
