When submitting an bid, it is required to provide the technical and commercial part, send documents according to the list (see bid documentation). The documents must be certified by the signature of the Supervisor with an imprint of the seal. The list and composition of works should be indicated in the technical part, it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit rates, payment terms, etc.).
If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the Technical and Commercial Proposal may duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the Technical and Commercial Proposal will presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform.
