The submitted technical and commercial proposal should consist of two parts – technical (Appendix 1-4) and commercial (Appendix 5), certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. In the technical part, the list and composition of works must be specified and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TAP will be rejected. It is also necessary to consider the standard form of the contract (draft contract).
If false information is provided, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Procurement, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a Contract may be terminated.
