| Payment terms: | The Customer pays for the Services actually rendered by the Contractor after 30 (thirty) calendar days, after the signing of the Act on the provision of Services by both Parties, on the basis of the account, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account at the details specified in the Agreement. If the winner of the competition is a SME entity, payment is made within 15 business days. The day of payment is the day the funds are debited from the Customer’s bank account |
