b) No more than 60% during 10 (ten) working days from the date of signature of protocols on procurement by the Commission on the outcome of the procurement procedure carried out on equipment delivery, signing Acts of completed works and providing the customer's Engineer reports on providing services in stages 1 and 2, in accordance with paragraph 2.10. c) At least 10% within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing of the Act of putting into operation of the entire complex, purchased as a result of procurement of equipment provided for in the Treaty, with the application of detailed reports on each stage of delivery services in accordance with clause 2.10.
