Comments:
Commercial offers are submitted in accordance with the "matrix", filled in by the Contractor on the official letterhead of the Company, signed by an authorized person and the seal of the organization (in pdf format and editable).
Participants who have not attached a commercial proposal are not accepted for consideration.

Required terms of payment: 100% deferred payment within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the Acts of Services Rendered.

A prerequisite for all participants in the procedure is agreement with our corporate requirements for payment terms and penalties (purchase checklist)

The TCH is valid for at least 60 calendar days.

This request for proposals is not a tender or a public tender within the meaning of Art. 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the procedure are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer that exceed those listed in the conditions of the procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
