Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.

The Customer also has the right to refuse to conduct a request for quotations at any stage, without incurring any liability to the Participants.

Participants must "upload" all the documentation specified in the files: "List of statutory documents to counterparties", documents indicated in the "Labor Protection Questionnaire", "List of documents to contractors".
